by - Saturday, December 12, 2015

This post is still about my trip in Day 2 !

After we had some drinks at WIKI Cafe,
we were heading to have our lunch at 55 Beonji Ramyeon (55번지라면)
It's located in Samcheongdong also but it's in vary narrow alley
so please refer to the map below and you won't miss it.

This restaurant is very famous.
You can see that many TV shows have come here!

How to make Jam Ji Ju Mok Bub (참치주먹밥) by Kim unnie
It's rice, tuna and kim (= seaweeds (김)) rolled into a ball.
So coincidence that Miss Kim does the 주먹밥
which has kim as ingredient. ㅋㅋㅋ

Tada!!!

Oh I also recorded the video so you can see how to make it in action!

Jiamppong Ramyeon (짬뽕 라면) = Seafood Noodle

The National Folk Museum of Korea

Our next stop is Deoksugung Palace (덕수궁)
It is famous for Changing of the Royal Guards Ceremony!

In Autumn, the road beside the palace is a famous for yellow leaves.
It's called Jeondong-gil (정동길),
also known as the 'Deoksugung Doldam-gil' (덕수궁 돌담길, Stone Wall Road)

I just know from VisitSeoul that
Deoksugung Palace was initially not a palace to begin with.
The Imjin War (Japanese invasions in 1592) left all the palaces in Korea severely damaged.
So Deoksugung Palace was selected among the houses of the royal family.

The scenery here is really wonderful!!
It's my first time seeing colored leaves!
