To finish our trip, we had a very unique experience: Korean Temple Food. We went to the Korean Temple Food Center. Temple food is not just food; it is part of practice.
It was time for K-Wellness. We went to Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic (이문원 한의원) in Gangnam. This clinic is famous for taking care of the scalp and hair. This is not just a regular spa. This clinic is very respected. It has recently been named an "Excellent Wellness Tourism Destination" for 2024-2025 by the Ministry of Culture and Korea Tourism Organization, and they have 11 patents for treating hair loss. The clinic has worked for over 20 years and welcomes thousands of people from other countries every year.
The beauty experience started at Ecojardin with the makeup and the Personal Color Analysis. This testing uses different colored fabric swatches to find the palette that makes your skin tone look its absolute best.
After surviving the intense K-Pop dance class at 1Million Studio, we were absolutely starving! Luckily, our next stop was Insadong, a historic and culturally rich district, ready for a K-Food experience. Our group had two options: Samgyeopsal (Korean Pork Belly) at 853 (팔오삼) restaurant, and a vegan alternative at Osegyehyang (오세계향) restaurant which are almost next door to each other. Whoever arranged this deserves huge credit. It was perfectly planned!
Our special 3-day K-Culture trip kicked off with something totally out of my comfort zone: a K-Pop dance class! Yeah, me. A person who can barely keep a beat.

Every year, the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) hosts a Korea tourism fair for free independent travelers called the Love Korea Festival. This year, the event ran from Feb. 14 – 16 at Central World, a massive shopping mall in Bangkok.
Every year Korea Tourism Organization in Thailand host a Korea tourism fair for people who love to travel to Korea as free independent travelers (FIT) which is called Love Korea festival. This time it is more special because there is also Korea Brand and Entertainment Expo, KBEE 2019.
The Thai people had a great opportunity to experience Korea through various kinds of performances, organized by the Korea Tourism Organization in Thailand. TheKorea Performance Festival in Bangkok 2017 was held on June 2 and 3 at the GMM Live House in the department store Central World.
