Korean Ramyeon - Stir-fried chicken noodle
Korean Ramyeon - Stir-fried chicken noodle
Because of the Hallyu waves, Ramyeon, or Korean noodles, became popular in my country. At least one or two scenes featuring an actor eating ramyeon may be found in practically every Korean drama. Sometimes they cook and eat at home. Sometimes they buy and eat at convenience stores. This trend is also influenced by Korean idols. I saw them doing mukbang show live all the time. Ramyeon eating by Han river is a popular picnic activity among Korean Instagram users. All of these makes me want to eat Korean noodles. Luckily, there are a lot of ramyeon in my country, I always keep them on hand. No matter what time of day it is, I can instantly cook it whenever I feel like eating. My tips for cooking ramyeon is that if the ramyeon is in the cup, it just needs hot/boiled water to make the noodle softer. However, if the noodle is in the pack, you need to cook it on the stove.
